Two pieces of 1/16th stainless wire on a recycled steel base. The resting point is a rounded grove, clean and very sharp. This one will drive you nuts till it is right. I put it in the bathroom because that is the only time I will give it. If the balance is near perfect, it will move just by walking near it as the floor moves or any slight breeze.
