This piece is made from PVC, Wood, Steel, Acrylic Spray Paint and HID Flashlights. Each tube has one HID 300 Lumen light installed with color filters to provide a multi color display when it is turned on. The lights have the ability to spin 360 degrees where the cross bars will only have 90 degree rotation. A breeze will work just fine to move this around. The lights can easily be switched on and off.
